DILLON: We always love an excuse to go to the mountains for work– this project in Summit County was a great one! This 1980s home had a great, functional floorplan but was mostly original with dated finishes throughout. The owners use the house as a weekend getaway, and they wanted to keep it cozy & family friendly. We renovated several bathrooms, designed & installed the gorgeous custom kitchen, put in oak engineered hardwood flooring, and swapped out all of the dated lighting with fresh fixtures. Last, we added modern, comfy furniture that lends itself to entertaining, après game nights or just lying on the couch after a long ski day! **We are in the midst of renovating the primary bathroom now and will add photos as soon as the project wraps.
